Share cost: $7,725 per share (adjusted annually)
2 shares minimum in order to build a residence

Monthly dues paid by Voting Members and residents

Dues are determined annually or as needed, and may include:

(non-bank) note payments

common space maintenance

expenses associated with projects selected by members from time to time

Buy-in Options

In the interest of creating a range of buy-in and share holding options, EAV is open to exploring variations ranging from buy-in of full shares up front, to partial share buy-in with arrangements for the balance over time and/or in the monthly dues structure.
Arrangements are made on a case by case basis.
We are also interested in developing Renter options. (Note: there are no rental residences built at this time.)
